Electronic Medical Records

The modern and intuitive interface that makes your daily practice safer and easier to manage

EMR Software

The Patient Window

The most important part of your practice is undoubtedly the patient record, the history, the chart, the FILE. Some providers prefer wall cabinets others drawers but in the end we always hear the frase "Let me pull up your chart" when you've been using papers for so long this procedure becomes really comfortable and fast except when your office has hundreds of patients and you have to put them back in place when they start piling up on your desks.
How simple it is when you just type in a couple of letters and the entire record folds in front of your eyes allowing your assistant to schedule an appointment faster, check in and out a patient including billing and charting and how rewarding it becomes when all your insurance claims are paid in time.
These are just a few of the many procedures your office has. Docta has been created to carefully manage each one of those procedures so you and your stuff can be more productive and dedicate more time to your patients.

SOAP
The SOAP note (subjective, objective, assessment, and plan) is a method of documentation employed by health care providers to write out notes in a patient's chart, along with other common formats, such as the admission note. Documenting patient encounters in the medical record is an integral part of practice workflow starting with patient appointment scheduling, to writing out notes, to medical billing.
ICD10 Codes
ICD-10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD), a medical classification list by the World Health Organization (WHO). It contains codes for diseases, signs and symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or diseases.[1] Work on ICD-10 began in 1983 and was completed in 1992.
Docta updates itself every year to provide the latest changes available and it becomes ready to use immediately.

Prescriptions + e-Prescribing
Picture
E-prescribing, or electronic prescribing is a technology framework that allows physicians and other medical practitioners to write and send prescriptions to a participating pharmacy electronically instead of using handwritten or faxed notes or calling in prescriptions.
Docta is Surescripts and EPCS certified solution.

Ledger
Ledger or Billing is the area where you add charges, discounts and payments through our direct merchant connection which allows you to charge credit cards directly from Docta without the need of using any external devices such as credit card machines. Docta provides the card-slider and gets ready for deployment right away.
Claim Generation
Once all the pieces are ready, Docta verifies all codes and charges and prompts for creating the corresponding insurance claim based  on the information provided in the patient's window. If for whatever reason the patient comes back the same day, a new service can be added and re-create the claim since Docta will submit all claims by the end of the day.
