Creating and monitoring claims is a Docta simplified process, from the minute the patient arrives to the office all pieces of information gathered for the encounter are compiled to create the insurance claim.

Take a global look at all your claims past and present and follow the progress of the payment process. When something did not pass the clearing test the response field shows the problem. By simply double-clicking the claim row you edit the claim and have the chance to generate and re-submit it.

Print the generated claim in a CMS1500 formatted form and have the chance to email it. Most practitioners use this option to send it to their own clearinghouse others send it directly to their patients.

Once the the claim is set as Payed either automatically through our submission system or manually changed, you can insert the payment from the insurance company directly into the patient's account
